Dr. Robert Sleightholm
With more than two decades of surgical experience, Dr. Rob Sleightholm is the Founder and Director of Surgery at Brampton Cosmetic Surgery Center and Medical Spa. He has helped thousands of patients achieve results that feel natural, personal, and empowering.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPSC) in plastic surgery. Dr. Sleightholm brings both technical precision and aesthetic sensitivity to every procedure he performs. His practice includes a wide range of cosmetic surgeries—such as breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction, as well as specialized procedures like osteoma removal. He also oversees Brampton Cosmetic’s non-surgical services, including injectables like Botox, hyaluronic acid and advanced laser treatments for conditions such as rosacea and dyspigmentation.
Each year, Dr. Sleightholm performs more than 200 cosmetic surgery procedures. His approach is focused, ethical, and entirely personalized—guided by each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and desired outcomes. He believes that aesthetic medicine should never be one-size-fits-all. Before medicine, Dr. Sleightholm briefly considered a career in veterinary science—a reflection of his lifelong love of animals and his deep sense of care and compassion. While he ultimately chose to dedicate his career to people, that same level of empathy continues to define his work with patients today.
