From the moment you visit our clinic for a consultation through your post-procedure recovery period, our primary purpose is to make certain you have a positive, life-changing experience while ensuring your safety and privacy.
We specialize in both body-shaping and facial cosmetic procedures. Dr Robert Sleightholm, Director of Surgery, performs all surgical procedures.
We offer a variety of cosmetic surgeries, including:
During your consultation with Dr. Sleightholm and one of his cosmetic surgery consultants, you will discuss your desired procedure in detail so that you can make an informed decision. The consultation will address issues including whether you are a good candidate for the procedure, the outcome you can realistically expect, how to prepare for the procedure, likely recovery times, how the procedure is performed, the cost of your surgery, and financing options.
Our credentials speak to the experience and professionalism of our team, under the direction of Dr. Robert Sleightholm, and the clinic’s safety standards.
Dr. Sleightholm is a board-certified Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). This is highest certification level a plastic and cosmetic surgeon can receive in Canada and is combined with more than 20 years of experience performing successful cosmetic surgical procedures.
We’re fully accredited by the Canadian Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (CAAASF), meaning we maintain the same surgical standards as a hospital. We hold a passing Out-of-Hospital Premises (OHP) Inspection Report, which is required for all clinics performing out-of-hospital procedures using anaesthesia by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Our medical and support staff members have the same education and experience as the people in the best health care institutions.

FAQs – Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeries
It’s important find a surgeon who holds certain professional designations. Specifically, he or she must be a board-certified Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FRCSC). As well having received the proper training and education, the fellowship demonstrates the surgeon’s commitment to integrity and continuously demonstrating proven surgical practices.
The surgeon should also be an active member of professional organizations, such as the Canadian Society of Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Plastic Surgeons (CSAPS). Organizations such as this one ensure experience and efficiency in cosmetic surgery.
Successfully performing more than 200 procedures each year, Dr. Sleightholm specializes in a range of facial and body-shaping procedures. These include:
- Breast augmentation
- Breast lift and reduction
- Male breast reduction
- Tummy tuck
- Liposuction
- Face lift
- Nose reshaping surgery
- And more…
The most common cosmetic procedure for women across the globe is nose reshaping surgery. However, at the Brampton Cosmetic Surgery Center and Medical Spa, female patients usually undergo body-reshaping operations.
The most common procedures include:
- Breast augmentations
- Liposuctions
- Tummy tucks
Non-surgical procedures, such as injections, are also common among women.
Almost 700,000 men receive cosmetic surgery each year. This number grows as men become more comfortable – and interested in – plastic and cosmetic procedures.
Currently, men commonly undergo specialized breast reduction surgery. They also seek general operations, such as:
- Liposuction
- Face lifts
- Brow and eyelid lifts
Each plastic and cosmetic procedure has a unique set of risks. For example, breast augmentation surgery can cause hematomas and infections.
However, Dr. Sleightholm has built a successful track record of safety and attention to detail. He diligently works to minimize harm done to patients.
The majority of risks are also quite uncommon. Many of them even naturally heal. In the rare event that one occurs, we encourage you to contact the clinic immediately.
Generally, most people will not be able to tell that you have undergone a cosmetic procedure. Most surgeries strategically hide scares. For example, incisions for a face lift are made behind the ears.
Results generally go unnoticed to the untrained eye, as most procedures enhance existing looks.
The results of many other procedures – such as breast augmentations or tummy tucks – are typically covered by clothing. They are only noticeably when naked or wearing little clothing.
You will work with Dr. Sleightholm and a consultant to determine the best implant for you. This will be based on your preferences, as well as your body type and existing measurements.
Our goal is to make you happy with the result of your breast augmentation, while running a safe procedure that yields positive life-changing results.
We have relationships with companies that finance medical procedures, meaning patients can work with us to fund their operations.
We provide the forms that you must complete for approval by the companies.
When pre-approval is obtained, the patient is notified and the surgery date is confirmed. Pre-approval typically takes two or three days.
